December Employee of the Month is Brenda Nay!!

Brenda Nay has been chosen as December’s Employee of the Month!  The nomination form stated,

“Brenda Nay has led her dietary team to help make the change from a small dining program to an all-inclusive program, while dealing with the move and all the headaches that came with it and not having near enough staff to cover the area she is now in charge of… I think she has managed to keep her staff on board and has worked above and beyond to help them stay sane.  And the food is great – especially the salad bar!!!  Brenda and her crew put in a lot of hours, but are always available to help by cooking special dinners for meetings and special events or coordinating events like the Harvest Dinner. Brenda works on various committees, has a great work ethic (does she live at PMC?), and is great at making customers feel welcome.  She and her team do a great job of extoling PMCs spirit of Exceptional Customer Service!”
