January Employee of the Month is Jean Gianinetti!!

Jean Gianinetti has been chosen as January’s Employee of the Month!  The nomination form stated,

“Jean Gianinetti is a rock star!  It may look like Jean’s job as Activities Director is all fun and games, but it is a daunting task to keep so many people happy, active and engaged. She is a whiz at organizing and planning and the consistency in activities she has provided over the years is an exemplary feat in and of itself.  Not only does Jean spend her days planning, decorating, cooking, coordinating activities and volunteers, and orchestrating outings, she spends most of the holidays here, as well, making sure our Residents have holiday festivities reminiscent of home. Jean also tries to make sure that Residents have personal needs items, birthday and holiday gifts (sometimes purchasing those out of her own pocket) if she knows that they will be lacking in that department. Jean makes the Walbridge Wing a fun place to be for Residents and she is appreciated every day!” 

This honor signifies Jean’s exceptional work with our Residents and illustrates the high regard in which she is held by her co-workers.
