Patient Portal

Now you can access your health records online!

Our patient portal is a secure, password-protected method to connect you to your healthcare providers at Pioneers Medical Center. You can access things like lab work, test results and physician notes, as well as pay your bill and, soon, schedule appointments electronically.

The first time you use the Patient Portal, you will need to create an account using the PIN assigned by your provider. (Please feel free to request a PIN from your doctor to activate your online records if you haven’t yet received one!) After initially setting up your account, you’ll just need your email and password to quickly and conveniently check your health records from anywhere!

To Set Up Your Patient Portal:

  1. Request your PIN and/or check email for your invitation to register via the Patient Portal.
  2. Proceed to the InteliChart link (also provided in the email), click the “Create an Account” tab and enter your PIN and last name.
  3. Provide your email address, create a password and complete the questions-answers to ensure added security.
  4. Click “Register”
  5. Check your email account for a verification email. Click the link provided to confirm your registration.
