June Employee of the Month is Davina Brower!!

Davina Brower has been chosen as June’s Employee of the Month!  The nomination form stated,

“Davina Brower has brought a lot of excellent knowledge to Pioneers Medical Center. She works extremely hard in hospital billing and often has to deal with patients who are upset about their bill and she always stays calm and positive – which isn’t always easy. Our patients feel comfortable talking to her.  Davina is usually quiet and unassuming and people may not know her well, but she is an outstanding employee. She spends a lot of time on the phone with insurance companies trying to ensure that we are reimbursed appropriately and that our patients are dealt with fairly.  That is a tough job – especially in this day and age.   No matter the circumstances, Davina stays positive and provides excellent customer service.  I feel she is a great employee to have at Pioneers!”
