May Employee of the Month is Robert Osban!

Robert Osban has been chosen as May’s Employee of the Month!  The nomination form stated,

“Robert Osban is a very deserving of the award of Employee of the Month. He consistently provides excellent customer service and is very polite and informs patients about procedures in a way that makes them feel comfortable.  Additionally, multiple times in the last several months (as well as ever since he has moved here) Robert has been called on his days off to come in for Emergency Ultrasounds. This is an expected duty when he is on-call for Radiology, but when he is not the on-call person, coming in takes away from his time off and personal time. Robert often sacrifices his weekends to come in and care for the people that are in need. He has also canceled whatever he had planned to come in and provide quality care to the members of our community. The off weekends for those who work on-call are necessary to recover so we can work the schedules that we do. For Robert to sacrifice his weekends and cancel plans is above and beyond his job duties and is performing exemplary service to those in our community. Without his service, we would be shipping those individuals to other facilities which would be an inconvenience to them and would cost them extra time and money.  It could also potentially slow down the diagnosis time and the process of helping them feel better and receiving answers to their health issues.  Robert goes out of his way so patient care is not delayed.” 

We congratulate Robert for being selected as Employee of the Month for May.   This honor signifies her exceptional dedication to his patients, his job, and PMC.  Congratulations, Robert!
